Electrician / Plumber

Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of hotel/resort facilities.Handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair works.Handle plumbing works, including water supply, drainage, taps, pipes, toilets, and related systems.Monitor and maintain water pumps, tanks, generators, and other utility equipment.Attend maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly.Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment failure.Maintain proper safety standards while performing electrical and plumbing work.Keep maintenance tools and work areas clean and organized.Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to management.Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV to [email protected] 970-9107476/981-8258777
