Key Responsibilities:Welcome and professionally attend to guests.Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide efficient service.Set up and maintain restaurant tables, service areas, and buffet arrangements.Ensure proper sequence of service and high standards of guest satisfaction.Have good knowledge of food and beverage menus.Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and restaurant standards.Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.Follow company SOPs and food safety standards.NotePrevious experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment is preferred.Good communication and customer-service skills are required.A positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential.Basic knowledge of English is preferred.Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV to [email protected] 970-9107476/981-8258777
