Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.Assist the Chef/Senior Cooks in daily kitchen operations.Handle multi-cuisine food preparation, mise en place, and cooking.Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portion, and presentation.Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.Properly store and handle food items to minimize wastage.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.Note:Previous experience as Commis II or in a similar kitchen position is preferred.Knowledge of multi-cuisine food preparation is an advantage.Good understanding of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness is required.Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team is essential.Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV to [email protected] 970-9107476/981-8258777
