The candidate should also work well with the team and take initiative in identifying new opportunities for business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer queries and respond to inquiries professionally through calls, emails, and other communication channels.Make outgoing calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication with prospects.Identify potential customers and generate leads through online research, email outreach, social media, and other channels.Contribute fresh ideas for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional activities.Assist with digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and online promotions.Work closely with team to plan and execute marketing activities.
