The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key clients, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and other hospitality clients.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.Promote and sell kitchenware, hospitality equipment, utensils, and related products.Conduct client visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining company policies and margins.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and management teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to management.Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Support the development of new markets, products, and sales channels.
