We are looking for a Performance Growth Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth in the Nepal market.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Nepalese digital market, hands-on experience in performance and growth marketing, and a highly data-driven approach to campaign optimisation and business growth.The candidate should be comfortable managing performance campaigns, analysing customer behaviour, identifying scalable acquisition opportunities, and taking ownership of measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns targeting the Nepal market.Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, Affiliate, Influencer, and relevant local digital channels.Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, conversion rate, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).Identify new customer acquisition channels, strategic partners, audience segments, and scalable growth opportunities.Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign strategies.Analyse the complete customer journey from acquisition and engagement to conversion and retention.Monitor competitors, consumer behaviour, emerging platforms, and local digital marketing trends.Work closely with Creative, Content, CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to improve campaign and business performance.Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.Continuously test new strategies, channels, and campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and overall marketing ROI.Take ownership of campaign performance against defined acquisition, revenue, and growth targets.
