We are seeking a Fleet/Rider Operations Incharge is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, operational, and efficiently utilized.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all fleet-related departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Supervise department heads and monitor the performance of their respective teams.Conduct regular operational review meetings and ensure timely execution of departmental goals.Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational challenges and improve cross-functional collaboration.Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across all fleet functions.Provide guidance, coaching, and support to department heads to improve team performance and operational efficiency.Identify resource requirements and recommend staffing, training, and process improvements.Escalate critical operational issues to senior management and recommend appropriate solutions.
