Social Media & Content Specialist

Create and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and videos.Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.Promote courses, training programs, consultancy services, events, and announcements.Create and share testimonials, success stories, achievements, and case studies.Monitor social media trends and platform updates.Research competitors and develop new content ideas.Coordinate with internal teams to collect relevant content and updates.Maintain organizational social media guidelines and standards.Assist with online reputation management and handle sensitive issues appropriately.Preferred CandidatesCandidates with experience in the education industry and a similar social media/content portfolio will be preferred, but this is not mandatoryOffice Time7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
