Full Stack Developer (Laravel & Vue/React)

Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and ship complete web applications - database schema, API, front end and deployment - for client projects.Write clean, tested PHP (Laravel 9-11) and modern JavaScript (Vue 3 or React) that another developer can pick up without a handover meeting.Design REST APIs and integrate third-party services: payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti, Stripe), SMS, mail, maps and CRMs.Model data properly in MySQL or PostgreSQL, write efficient queries and fix the N+1 problems before the client finds them.Take part in code review, both giving and receiving; keep the review culture direct and kind.Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers with Nginx, PHP-FPM, Redis, queues and scheduled jobs.Debug production incidents calmly, find the root cause and write the fix that prevents a repeat.Estimate your own work honestly and flag slippage early rather than at the deadline.Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.Self-taught developers with a strong public code history are welcome to apply.Experience Requirements2 to 5 years building production web applications, not only tutorials or college projects.Solid Laravel: Eloquent relationships, migrations, queues, events, middleware, policies and testing.Confident with a modern JS framework, component state and consuming APIs.Git discipline: meaningful commits, branches, pull requests, no committing to main on a Friday evening.Experience with Docker, CI/CD or automated testing is a strong plus.Additional RequirementsYou can read someone else's codebase and be productive in it within a week - a lot of our work is on inherited systems.You care about security basics: SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, file upload validation, secrets handling.Good written English for documentation and client-facing updates.Compensation & Other BenefitsCompetitive salary reviewed annually, plus performance-based incrementsFestival bonus (Dashain/Tihar) and leave encashment as per company policyProvident fund, gratuity and insurance in line with the Nepal Labour ActFive-day working week with flexible start hours; hybrid options for eligible rolesPaid annual leave, sick leave and all gazetted public holidaysCompany-funded certifications, courses and conference passesModern hardware, licensed tools and a quiet, well-equipped office in TokhaA clear career track with six-monthly reviews - we promote from within first
