Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Job ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and long-form content for YouTube and client websites.Create motion graphics, animated logos, lower thirds, kinetic typography and explainer animations.Handle the full post-production chain: cut, colour, sound mix, subtitles in Nepali and English, export presets per platform.Shoot on location for client interviews, product shots and event coverage when required.Manage project files, footage archives and backups so nothing is ever lost.Work to a content calendar and turn edits around quickly without letting quality slide.Educational RequirementsDiploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design or a related field, or a portfolio that speaks for itself.Experience Requirements1 to 4 years editing commercial or client video.Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve or CapCut welcome as supporting tools.A showreel is required - send a link with your application.Basic camera, lighting and audio recording skills.Additional RequirementsYou understand pacing - you know exactly where a viewer drops off and you cut before they do.3D (Blender / Cinema 4D) or AI video tooling experience is a bonus.Occasional evening or weekend shoots, compensated with time off in lieu.Compensation & Other BenefitsCompetitive salary reviewed annually, plus performance-based incrementsFestival bonus (Dashain/Tihar) and leave encashment as per company policyProvident fund, gratuity and insurance in line with the Nepal Labour ActFive-day working week with flexible start hours; hybrid options for eligible rolesPaid annual leave, sick leave and all gazetted public holidaysCompany-funded certifications, courses and conference passesModern hardware, licensed tools and a quiet, well-equipped office in TokhaA clear career track with six-monthly reviews - we promote from within first
