Mobile App Developer (Flutter / React Native)

Job ResponsibilitiesBuild cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS from design through to store release.Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, deep links, maps, payments and device features (camera, location, biometrics, offline storage).Own app performance: startup time, frame rate, memory, battery and APK/IPA size.Handle the release process end to end - signing, Play Console and App Store Connect submissions, staged rollouts and review rejections.Write maintainable state management and a project structure the next developer will thank you for.Fix crashes using real crash reports; monitor stability after each release.Support released apps under maintenance contracts, including OS version upgrades.Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.Experience Requirements2 to 4 years of mobile development with at least two apps published to a public store.Strong Flutter (Dart) or React Native; native Android/iOS knowledge is a significant plus.Experience with offline-first design and syncing - important for Nepali network conditions.Comfortable with Git, code review and release branching.Additional RequirementsProvide store links to apps you built and state clearly what you personally did.You test on low-end devices, not only flagships.Experience with Firebase, in-app purchases or an existing app you maintain is welcome.Compensation & Other BenefitsCompetitive salary reviewed annually, plus performance-based incrementsFestival bonus (Dashain/Tihar) and leave encashment as per company policyProvident fund, gratuity and insurance in line with the Nepal Labour ActFive-day working week with flexible start hours; hybrid options for eligible rolesPaid annual leave, sick leave and all gazetted public holidaysCompany-funded certifications, courses and conference passesModern hardware, licensed tools and a quiet, well-equipped office in TokhaA clear career track with six-monthly reviews - we promote from within first
