Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new broadband customers through door-to-door (D2D) visits, stall campaigns, and local promotional activities while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDoor-to-Door (D2D) SalesConduct daily door-to-door visits in assigned areas.Promote home internet plans, packages, and ongoing offers.Explain product features, speed, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.Generate leads and convert prospects into active subscribers.Coordinate with installation and technical teams for timely connections.Monthly Sales TargetsAchieve assigned monthly connection and revenue targets.Plan daily and weekly sales activities to meet targets.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.Ensure correct information is provided to customers at the time of sale.Stall Campaigns & Field ActivationsActively participate in stall campaigns, roadshows, festivals, and local events.Set up and manage promotional stalls in high-footfall areas.Engage walk-in customers and close sales on the spot.Distribute flyers and promotional materials effectively.Reporting & Market FeedbackSubmit daily activity and sales reports to the supervisor.Collect customer feedback and share competitor insights from the field.Report challenges, objections, and market trends regularly.
