Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and supervising daily accounting and financial activities, ensuring accurate financial records, effective cash and bank management, timely reporting, expense control, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.Monitor cash flow, cash transactions, and bank balances.Prepare and review bank and ledger reconciliations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Monitor expenses and support effective cost-control measures.Ensure timely VAT, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.Maintain proper documentation and effective internal financial controls.Coordinate with other departments on financial and accounting matters.Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in hospitality/service industries is preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.Experience in VAT, TDS, tax compliance, reconciliation, and audit coordination.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and supervise a team.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
