Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Junior Sales Officer – Bus Segment to join our sales team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, conducting market visits, and supporting the sales process for commercial vehicles, particularly electric and other bus segments.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads and identify potential business opportunities.Conduct regular market research and customer visits to understand market demand and customer requirements.Handle sales inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and support the complete sales conversion process.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.Coordinate with Finance, Service, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth customer handling and sales execution.Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales, customer, and market activity reports.Identify new markets and potential customers for bus and commercial vehicle products.Stay updated on product features, market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the EV/commercial vehicle industry.Provide professional product presentations and support customers throughout the buying process.Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the management.
