Coffee Barista (Sindhuli)

We are looking for 3 enthusiastic and customer-focused Coffee Baristas to join our team at our outlet in Sunkoshi-6, Sindhuli, BP Highway.The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, maintaining excellent service standards, keeping the bar area clean and organized, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other café products according to standard recipes.Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service.Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and service area.Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.Assist with inventory checking, stock replenishment, and minimizing wastage.Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.Respond to customer requests and feedback in a polite and professional manner.Coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
