Kings King Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a growing hospitality company that includes Himalayan Java and a 3-Star Hotel in Sindhuli. As the establishment is new and opening soon, we are seeking a skilled, experienced, and passionate Multicuisine Chef to join our team.The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and supporting the successful launch and smooth operation of the kitchen.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a wide range of dishes from different cuisines according to standard recipes and quality requirements.Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.Assist in planning and developing menus and introducing new dishes as required.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of food ingredients and supplies.Monitor food stock and coordinate with the concerned team regarding ingredient and kitchen supply requirements.Minimize food wastage and ensure the efficient utilization of ingredients.Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of kitchen equipment and workstations.Ensure all dishes are prepared and served within the required timeframe.Work closely with the kitchen and hospitality team to ensure smooth daily operations.Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and kitchen guidelines.Support the setup, preparation, and smooth operation of the kitchen during the opening phase of the new establishment.Train and guide kitchen staff, if required.Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the management.
