Waiter/Waitress (Sindhuli)

We are looking for 12 energetic, courteous, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team at Sunkoshi-6, Sindhuli, BP Highway.The selected candidates will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking customer orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage items.Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for customers.Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to their requests.Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other service staff for smooth operations.Process customer bills and payments accurately when required.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.Follow company SOPs, food safety standards, and service procedures.Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup and cleaning.Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.Support other operational activities as assigned by the Supervisor or Management
