Key Responsibilities:Prepare momo fillings, dough, signature sauces, and stir-fry high-volume wok chowmein.Mix, knead, proof, and bake daily fresh items like breads, buns, pastries, and patties.Batch-prepare, vacuum-pack, and flash-freeze semi-cooked items like momos, spring rolls, and samosas.Monitor freezer temperatures and apply First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation for frozen products.Follow standardized recipes to maintain consistent taste, portion sizes, and minimal wastage.Sanitize cooking utensils, deep-clean prep stations, and enforce strict food safety protocols.Track raw ingredient stock and maintain kitchen equipment like ovens, steamers, woks, and freezers.Duty Hour: 10 to 12 Hours
