We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy during a major phase of business expansion. The role will focus on strengthening brand authority, expanding digital and traditional marketing, and driving B2B customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Location: Siphal, Kathmandu Responsibilities: Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with business and geographic expansion.Strengthen brand positioning across B2B wholesale and distribution markets.Define and track marketing OKRs and KPIs covering growth, customer acquisition, brand visibility, retention, and ROI.Lead integrated digital and offline marketing initiatives.Develop marketing strategies for new product categories, services, and markets.Plan localized promotions based on regional sales trends and customer demand.Lead digital marketing across SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, automation, and other channels.Use sales data, SEO insights, market research, and customer segmentation to guide marketing decisions.Manage multichannel campaigns across websites, social media, email, WhatsApp, trade shows, and partnerships.Lead and mentor the marketing team and support continuous skills development.Introduce AI, automation, and advanced analytics into marketing workflows.Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations, and warehouse teams across different markets.Develop B2B customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention strategies.Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.
