Sales Officer

You will report to the Head of Sales and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting service-level expectations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow international B2B sales accountsRespond to client messages and inquiries promptly, including outside regular office hours, to meet SLAsCoordinate order processing with production and logistics teamsUpsell products and suggest relevant customizations to clientsMaintain accurate sales tracking using Google Sheets and Docs.Identify new business opportunities and follow throughMaintain strong follow-up systems to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
