Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities (corporate clients, tour groups, partnerships) Promote and sell travel packages (domestic & international) Build and maintain relationships with clients, hotels, airlines, and partners Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Prepare customized travel proposals and quotations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery Attend networking events, travel expos, and sales meetings Maintain client database and follow up on leads Handle corporate travel accounts and ensure client satisfaction
