Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help us connect with potential clients and create new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communicating with people, enjoys research and networking, and is comfortable reaching out to new prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn. You don't need to know everything from day one. If you have a willingness to learn, good communication skills, and an interest in sales and business development, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do● Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.● Research companies and identify potential clients who may benefit from our services.● Build and maintain lists of prospective companies and contacts.● Find and connect with relevant decision-makers and key contacts on LinkedIn.● Follow up with prospects and help turn initial conversations into potential sales opportunities.● Keep prospect and lead information updated in our CRM and sales database.● Track your outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups.● Prepare simple reports on lead generation and sales activities.● Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns, events, and other initiatives.● Support the team with market research and other business development activities.What We're Looking For● 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, telecalling, or a similar role.● Good spoken and written communication skills.● Comfortable speaking with new people and making cold calls.● Interest in finding new prospects and exploring business opportunities.● Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking and prospecting.● Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.● Familiarity with CRM systems or sales databases is a plus.● Good research and organizational skills.● Ability to work well with a team and follow up consistently.What You Can Expect● A collaborative and supportive work environment.● Hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and digital prospecting.● Opportunity to develop your sales and business development skills.A role with room to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
