NIGHT SHIFT STAFF - Grading and Packging

Job Summery The Night Shift Staff – Grading & Packaging is responsible for accurately grading, sorting, packing, labeling, and preparing products for storage or dispatch during the night shift. The position ensures that products meet required quality, quantity, hygiene, and packaging standards while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGrade and sort products according to established quality and size specifications.Inspect products for defects, damage, contamination, or other quality issues.Pack products accurately according to company standards and customer requirements.Ensure correct quantity, weight, labeling, and packaging of products.Sorting and grading fresh vegetables and fruitsChecking freshness, quality and damaged productsWeighing and preparing products according to order requirementsProper packing and labeling of productsMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the grading areaFollowing company food-safety and handling proceduresSupporting smooth preparation of early-morning deliveriesRequired QualificationsMinimum +2 or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.Previous experience in grading, packaging, production, warehouse, food processing, or manufacturing is preferred.Freshers may also be considered depending on the company's requirements.Basic ability to read labels, instructions, and production records.Physically fit and capable of working during night hours.
