Information Technology Department: System Administrator – Cloud, Windows & Linux Infrastructure: Officer / Junior Officer (1) Job Code: MLBL 083.84.03 Location: Head Office Application Deadline: 7th October, 2026 Job Specification: Highly skilled System Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The role requires solid experience in Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and security. Key Responsibilities: Server Administration (Windows & Linux): Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs. Administer Linux servers (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu) and windows based systems. Mount and manage enterprise server (e.g., DELL, IBM, LENEVO). Mount and manage enterprise storage (e.g., DELL EMC NAS, RAID). Automate system tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible. Virtualization & Cloud Platforms: Deploy and maintain infrastructure using VMware, KVM, Nutanix, Oracle Cloud, OpenStack. Disaster recovery planning and cloud backups. Research, deploy, and maintain IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS like platforms. Network Administration (Preferred): Configure and monitor Cisco, Fortinet, Huawei, and Palo Alto firewalls, routers, and switches. Manage VPNs, NAT, BGP, and SD-WAN infrastructure. Support both L2 and L3 network setups. Containers & DevOps Tools: Deploy and manage Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes environments. Familiar with Open Shift, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using Git. Security & Monitoring: Perform server and network hardening (Windows/Linux). Manage IPS/IDS (e.g SIEM), endpoint protection, and SSL. Develop and manage monitoring scripts and alerts. Manage and configure zabbix or equivalent monitoring system. Minimum Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in: System administration (Windows and Linux) Virtualization and container platforms Network configuration and firewall management Cloud-based infrastructure (AWS or equivalent) Automation and monitoring tool Minimum Required Certifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess at least three of the following certifications: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals (or equivalent) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Google IT Support Professional Certificate IBM or DELL or Linux Systems Certificate Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – Training Completed or In Progress Ansible Automation Certification – Intermediate level Virtualization Technology ( e.g VMware , Open shift etc) Preferred Certifications: Kubernetes CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Linux Foundation LFCA or LFCS Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) – Trained or Certified Cisco,Palo Alto or Sophos or fortinet Firewall Certification Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university. Age Critera: Officer Level: Age not less than 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of vacancy deadline.
