The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day social media operations, monitoring channel performance, responding to community interactions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns, collaborating with designers and writers, and aligning social efforts with broader marketing initiatives. The Social Media Manager will also track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and use insights to optimize content, posting schedules, and platform mix.QualificationsStrong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand profiles across key platforms.Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including planning content calendars and crafting clear, engaging posts.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage online communities and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including basic SEO, paid social campaigns, and brand positioning.Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a social media, marketing, or related role, ideally within an agency setting.
