We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting, taxation, and project-based financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with accounting software, and preferably a background in the construction industry.Location: SanepaWorking Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily accounting activities.Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting software.Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balances, and cash flow statements.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Ensure timely preparation and filing of VAT, TDS, and other tax-related documents in compliance with applicable regulations.Assist in project budgeting, project financing, and project cost accounting.Monitor project expenditures and prepare financial reports for ongoing projects.Prepare cash flow projections and support effective cash flow management.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.Support audits by preparing required financial documents and reports.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
