Assistant Pharmacists/ Pharmacist

We are looking for customer-focused and responsible Assistant Pharmacists/ Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team. The role involves providing personalised customer care, supporting safe dispensing and OTC counselling, assisting customers with skincare and wellness products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations. The selected candidates will also support inventory, billing, merchandising, and customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and pharmacy ethics.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent and personalised customer service and product recommendations.Support safe dispensing and provide appropriate OTC counselling within professional and regulatory guidelines.Understand common skincare concerns, product ingredients, and recommend suitable skincare routines and products.Maintain strong knowledge of pharmacy, skincare, beauty, wellness, and healthcare products.Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.Assist with billing, inventory management, merchandising, and daily store operations using IMS software.Maintain accurate product and inventory records.Ensure the pharmacy/store is clean, organised, and welcoming for customers.Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of pharmacy and retail products.For supervisory responsibilities, lead the team and monitor daily operations, staff performance, inventory, and customer-service standards.Maintain high standards of professional ethics, integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
