Furniture Sales Manager

We are looking for a Furniture Sales & Marketing Manager for a furniture and interior solutions company in Nepal. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening relationships with existing clients, expanding channel distribution across Nepal, and establishing systematic sales processes to support long-term business growth.Workstation: Kuleshwor, KathmanduFull time/ OnsiteKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, and institutional clients across Nepal.Strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.Drive revenue recovery and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.Expand and manage the company's channel distribution network.Establish and improve sales processes, reporting systems, and team accountability.Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, monitor competitors, and gather market insights.Lead and support the sales team to achieve performance targets.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.Requirements2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, and after-sales management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.Strong understanding of the Nepalese market with extensive field sales exposure.Proven experience in channel development, dealer management, and client relationship management.Experience in revenue generation and payment recovery.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel across Nepal as required.Interested candidates are requested to apply via this job post or by sending your CV to: [email protected]
