Job Title: Retail Sales & Outreach Representative Location: Gokarneshwor-8, Jorpati, Kathmandu, Nepal (Field-based & On-site)Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, proactive, and persuasive Retail Sales & Outreach Representative to drive on-the-ground client acquisition and represent our brand in the market.In this role, you will be the face of our company: visiting retail stores and local partners in person, pitching our services, and building lasting business relationships. When you aren't in the field driving conversions, you will support operations through basic data entry and help showcase our brand through engaging digital content.Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales & Business Outreach: Visit retail stores, vendors, and partner businesses in person to present, advertise, and sell our educational services and products.Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new retail partners, pitch relevant offerings, negotiate win-win collaborations, and close sales deals.Relationship Management: Maintain positive long-term partnerships with store managers and owners through regular follow-ups and service updates.Data Entry & Reporting: Keep accurate daily records of client visits, lead statuses, feedback, and sales numbers in our internal tracking system/spreadsheets.Content Creation (Part-Time): Brainstorm ideas, capture short-form videos/photos, and assist in creating engaging social media content (Reels, TikToks, or educational posts) representing our community and brand.Eligibility & RequirementsEducation: Passed +2 / Higher Secondary (Science background preferred, but not mandatory).Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident speaking to business owners in both Nepali and English.Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) and standard office software.Creativity: Comfortable being on camera or assisting with casual, relatable social media content creation.Mindset: Self-driven, reliable, street-smart, and comfortable working actively in the field.What We OfferHands-on sales, networking, and digital marketing experience.Competitive compensation with sales incentives/commissions.Supportive, community-focused learning environment with opportunities to grow your career.How to ApplyYou can fill this form out: https://forms.gle/jr7QURGCN9ENUeoz5
