To serve over 5000+ websites around the globe ,we need more energetic Sysadmin to keep our customers website up and running smoontly.Job DescriptionMonitor load and uptime of physical web serversMonitor service performanceAnalyze abuse patterns and suggest countermeasuresDeploy new servers (software level)Identify and combat unusual DDoS attacksDevelop supervision for subparts including FTP, Litespeed, Imunify360, CloudLinux OS, MySQL, Jetbackup.Ask precise questions to customers for a quick understanding of the root problemAssist our Customer Success specialists to examine service problems from the client-side and suggest themCommunicate with clients through different modes like email and live chat to resolve the issuesSystematically send unresolved issues to the suitable internal teamsManage multiple open issues at a timeTouch on optimization and automation tasks on multiple projects with tools available (Ansible)Skills RequiredLinux server support on realtime, maintenance, installation, update & upgrade and monitoring for multi-tenant environment.Linux emergency administration – Kernel Issues, Module errors, emergency patches, web server configuration issues, platform exploits.Linux performance & optimization – Initial system tuning & hardening ,Backup monitoring & audits.➜ DNS clustering – Clustering for multiple geolocation and failover .EXIM and Relay providersShould have knowledge of Cpanel , Cloudlinux , Imunify360, Jetbackup ,Mailchannel , Spamexperts ,Litespeed Web Server , Memcached ,MariaDB,Redis.Should have basic understanding of debugging for WordPress , Nodejs , Python based web apps , PHP .Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users via tickets.General experience with virtualisation platforms, LAMP, SSHRHCSA/RHCE Certified (Preferred)Up-to-date cPanel University certifications (all of them)
