Training Coordinator

Position: Training Coordinator Location: Sanobharyang, Kathmandu We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Training Coordinator to support service operations, manpower reporting, CSP development, and technical training coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with RMs, SEs, dealers, and vendors for CSP establishment, standardization, branding, and documentation. Prepare and maintain 2W & 3W manpower, CSP, variance, manpower loss, and service initiation reports. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs with relevant teams. Coordinate EV training for technicians and ensure effective participation. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review. Maintain CSP agreements, records, and related documentation. Coordinate with vendors for CSP branding and painting and ensure timely completion. What We’re Looking For Strong coordination and communication skills. Good reporting and documentation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines. Experience in automobile/service operations or training coordination will be an advantage.
