Associate Content Writer

Job Title: Associate Content WriterLocation: Kalopul, Kathmandu, NepalReports To: SupervisorOffice time: 7 AM to 4 PM Experience: 3 months to 6 months Key Responsibilities- Write blog posts on cloud telephony, business communication, sales, and SaaS topics based on briefs provided by the SEO team.- Write and update product pages, feature pages, and integration pages that explain functionality in plain, benefit-led language.- Rewrite and expand existing content when the SEO team flags it for refresh.- Verify every product claim, pricing detail, and feature description against internal documentation before submitting.- Write supporting copy as assigned: comparison pages, help center articles, meta titles and descriptions.- Deliver drafts on schedule and revise based on editorial and SEO feedback.Required Qualifications- 3 months to 6 Months of professional content writing experience — this is a hard requirement, not a preference.- Prior experience writing for a SaaS or B2B tech company.- Strong written English with clean grammar, tight sentences, and a natural, non-robotic voice.- Ability to absorb an unfamiliar technical topic from a brief and explain it accurately to a non-technical reader.- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Good to have but not mandatory- Familiarity with VoIP, CRM, or business communication tools.- Experience writing product or landing page copy, not just blogs.- Comfort using AI tools for drafting while keeping the final output original and fact-checked.- Ability to hold a consistent voice across long-form and short-form writing.What We Offer- Supportive team environment with continuous learning opportunities - Medical Insurance- Festival allowance- Lunch-in the house- Competitive salary with growth opportunities- SSF/PF FacilityNote: Interested candidates can directly send their updated resume to [email protected]
