Waiter/ Waitress

Job Summary:We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers warmly and provide professional service.Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.Understand the menu and provide customers with basic information about food and beverages.Maintain clean and properly arranged tables, chairs, and dining areas.Check on customers during their meal and respond to their requests politely.Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and inform the Manager when required.Maintain proper grooming, punctuality, discipline, and professional behavior.Support the team during busy hours and contribute to a positive customer experience.Note:Duty Hour: 10 hoursWorking Days: 6 days a week
