Program Associate - BID

Kantipur International College is seeking a Program Associate - BID to deliver practical, industry-focused training to BID students, mentor their design projects, and support their technical and professional development through hands-on learning and current industry practices.Key Responsibilities:Conduct hands-on practical sessions in interior design software and drafting techniques, including CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering.Teach students about space planning, furniture selection, material specifications, color theory, and lighting design.Oversee student design projects and presentations, providing constructive feedback on creativity, functionality, and technical execution.Ensure students understand building codes, safety regulations, sustainable design principles, and professional ethics within the interior design industry.Assist in organizing and conducting design charrettes, client presentations, and portfolio reviews for the college, providing real-world experience for students.Collaborate with faculty members to ensure alignment of practical design exercises with theoretical concepts and industry trends.Mentor students on career paths, professional development, and networking opportunities within the interior design field.Stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, and design trends to integrate them into the curriculum.
