HR Officer

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave, performance management, employee relations, and HR documentation, while coordinating effectively with the team and management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and hiring.Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning, recruitment requirements, and staffing needs.Manage employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, personnel files, and offboarding procedures.Monitor attendance, punctuality, working hours, and leave records, and prepare related reports.Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, HR letters, certificates, notices, and other HR-related administrative tasks.Support payroll processes by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee information.Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support the development and implementation of KPI and KRA for employees and departments.Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable Nepal Labor Laws and regulations, and maintain required statutory records.Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns while promoting positive employee relations and engagement.Coordinate employee training, development programs, engagement activities, and maintain relevant records.Prepare HR reports and analytics related to recruitment, attendance, leave, turnover, manpower, performance, and other HR activities.
