Position: General Manager No. of Vacancy: 1 Salary: Rs. 50,000/- per month Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capabilities Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day Working Days: 6 Days per Week Qualification: MBA or equivalent Experience: 3–5 years in a relevant managerial role Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage overall business operations and daily activities. Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and operational policies. Lead, motivate, and manage employees to achieve organizational goals. Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall business performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and support business growth. Ensure effective coordination among different departments. Prepare and review reports, budgets, and performance plans. Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are properly followed. Take leadership in solving operational and organizational challenges. Requirements: MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution. 3–5 years of relevant managerial or leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure. Strong business development and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office and general business management tools.
