The QC & R&D Manager will be responsible for leading the Quality Control and Research & Development functions to ensure consistent product quality, continuous product innovation, compliance with NS/ISO and regulatory standards, and optimization of product formulations and manufacturing processes. Lead QC and R&D operations and ensure consistent product quality. Develop and improve paint formulations and new products. Conduct product trials, testing, benchmarking, and validation.
