Revenue Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Manager to manage residential accounts receivable operations, tenant billing, collections, and revenue administration processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in invoicing, tenant account management, reconciliation, and debt collection procedures, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full residential revenue cycle, including RITAs, invoicing, receipt reconciliation, and accounts receivable administration.Prepare and issue accurate invoices, statements, and payment records for residential tenants.Carry out tenant referencing, background verification, and contract compliance checks.Monitor outstanding balances and administer debt collection procedures for residential tenant accounts.Maintain regular communication with tenants regarding payments, outstanding dues, and account-related queries.Identify and investigate revenue leakage through review of timesheets, disbursements, and account transactions.Maintain collection logs, payment records, and communication history accurately within the system.Prepare collection files and supporting documentation for external debt collectors where required.Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Ensure proper posting of receipts, payments, adjustments, and aging updates within ERP systems.Coordinate with finance and property management teams to ensure smooth revenue operations and tenant account management.Support reporting requirements related to collections, outstanding receivables, and account status updates.
