Position: Area Sales Manager Office Location: JJ Marble House, Samakhushi, Kathmandu Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Floorrex SPC flooring products to furnishing and building material stores across Kathmandu. - Develop and manage relationships with new dealers, aiming to establish 10-15 strategic retail locations within Kathmandu. - Handle all billing processes for dealers and ensure timely and accurate transactions. - Ensure proper product display at dealer stores and maintain efficient communication to manage stock levels. - Share weekly activity reports detailing sales activities, dealer interactions, and market feedback. - Visit dealers regularly to promote products and provide sales support. - Oversee sales recovery, purchases, and delivery coordination to meet customer and dealer needs. - Mark's presence at JJ Marble House every morning and evening.
