We’re hiring an experienced freight forwarding professional to train our operations team and supervise live client files until the team can run independently.Key Responsibilities:Review and supervise freight forwarding files (bookings, customs documentation, shipment exceptions) before they go to clientsTrain operators on freight forwarding fundamentals and real-world judgment callsMake decisions on HS code classification, documentation discrepancies, and customs holdsBuild a documented case/exception log from real files for ongoing team trainingSupport quality checks on outgoing client work
