As a Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and expanding our market presence. This is a target based position that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, have a background in cement, hardware, or paints sales, and are eager to grow in the industry. Responsibilities: Promote and sell Bhugarbha Cement products to potential and existing customers. Develop and maintain relationships with hardware stores, contractors, and other relevant businesses in the construction and building materials sector. Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and inventory levels. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote Bhugarbha Cement products. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification of passing 12th standard (or equivalent); currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in sales within the cement, hardware, or paints industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle (two-wheeler) for daily commute. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative. Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
