Junior Sales Officer

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Officer to join our FMCG/Meat Manufacturing team. The role involves extensive field travel and managing sales activities across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit and manage MT and GT outlets regularly.Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.Take regular market visits to identify new sales opportunities.Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and placement at outlets.Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order and delivery processes.Prepare basic sales and field visit reports.Requirements6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food, or meat manufacturing.Freshers with strong interest in field sales may also be considered.Willingness to undertake extensive field travel.Experience or familiarity with MT and GT channels is preferred.Good communication and negotiation skills.Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred/required.To apply: please send us your resume here or at [email protected].
