Sales Officer

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at B2B Hospitality Nepal. Our organization is a leading player in the Distribution companies / Wholesale industry, and we are seeking a mid-level candidate to assist us in expanding our market reach and driving sales. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and marketing skills, who is willing to take up field visits and explore new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Regular field visits to promote and distribute products to clients in the hospitality sector.Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences.Plan and organize promotional events and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and maintain existing client relationships.Prepare and present sales reports and analysis to the management team.Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales techniques and achieve sales targets.Other SpecificationMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Distribution Companies / Wholesale industry.Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness and ability to conduct frequent field visits.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Employee BenefitsPaid LeavesDashain BonusPerformance IncentiveFuel AllowanceSelected candidates will be required to conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and provide product demonstrations.
