Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who is comfortable moving across the stack - backend, mobile, and frontend - and can own a feature end-to-end. You will work across Django backends, Flutter mobile apps, and React/Next.js frontends, often on the same product in the same week. The role operates within an AI-first development workflow, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, documentation, and code review. You will also own the Flutter app’s App Store and Play Store release pipeline end-to-end, including versioning, signing, submission, review issues, and release cadence. You will design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Django, build and maintain mobile applications with Flutter, contribute to frontend applications, participate in architecture discussions, write clean, well-documented code, and collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship features quickly.
