Client Service Assistant

Client Service Assistant to support the Client Service Manager in handling daily tasks and maintaining smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-focused, and eager to grow in an advertising environment. Assist the Client Service Manager in day-to-day client communication and coordination.Maintain and update work/project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.Prepare and share meeting notes, client briefs, reports, and presentations when required.Support in developing proposals, quotations, and documentation for campaigns and projects.Monitor ongoing projects and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely output.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Client Service Manager.
