Business Development & Marketing Manager and Service Head

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader mindset team to establish and scale a new business EV (2W/4W) vertical from a blank slate. This is not a caretaker role for an existing operation — the Business Development / Service Head will define the strategy, Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Manager- 1Service Head- 1 (After Sales Service) Industry- Automobiles. Location- Kathmandu. Reporting To: Business Head Overall ResponsibilityResponsible for driving Business growth, market expansion, and dealer network development (3S) for the EV Division, with a strong focus on institutional and B2B clients. The role requires strategic leadership, market insight, and close cross-functional collaboration to achieve both strategic and operational objectives.Qualifications & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.· (MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage.)· Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business development & marketing, mandatory in the automobile, EV sectors. · Proven experience in dealer network management, institutional/B2B/B2G large-account handling.· Strong understanding of EV products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.· Experience working with Target forecasting, CRM tools, and MIS reporting.· Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.# Note: For Service Head- 2S: Technical background mandatory.Please mail your CV to [email protected] mentioning position (job title) in subject clearly.
