Sr. Sales Officer – Machine

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sr. Sales Officer – Machine to drive sales and business development for the machine segment. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, commercial vehicles, automobile, or B2B sales, with a proven ability to develop customers and achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. Identify and develop new customers, contractors, fleet owners, dealers, and business accounts. Generate and follow up on sales leads through market visits and customer networking. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines/products. Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. Coordinate with Service, Spare Parts, Finance, and other departments for smooth customer support. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports to management. Support after-sales coordination and ensure customer satisfaction. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, automobile, commercial vehicle, or B2B sales. Prior experience in machine/heavy equipment sales will be highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Good market knowledge and business development capabilities. Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
