We are committed to delivering exceptional service through innovation, technology, and a highly skilled workforce.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer responsible for creating engaging social media graphics, banners, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials. The role involves developing creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines. Basic video editing skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are required.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop banners for Facebook and design graphic flyers and brochures.Design advertisements and vacancy drafts for the project.Determine the message that the design should portray.Possess basic-level video editing skills.Create images that identify a product or convey a message.Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, as well as font style and size.Prepare rough drafts of materials based on an agreed brief.Incorporate recommended changes into the final design.Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.Work with supervisors, briefing them on design style, format, print production, and timescales.Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.Shift and on-call work may be required, particularly when project requirements demand it.Maintain the integrity and continuous design of web pages, including any other related tasks.Perform any other duties within the job’s scope, spirit, and purpose as assigned by the client.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience designing social media posts, banners, and marketing materials.Good understanding of branding, typography, and layout.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong portfolio of previous design work required.Must-HaveAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)CanvaTypographyBrand Identity DesignUI/UX Design PrinciplesPrint Production KnowledgePreferredFigmaVideo Editing (Premiere Pro or CapCut)Experience with Nepali language typography or regional design stylesSkills: typography,materials,design,video editing,banners,adobe
