Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day workshop operations to ensure efficient delivery. Open job cards, assign workshop tasks, and ensure timely job closure. Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles as per the committed schedule. Coordinate the smooth flow of vehicles for servicing and repairs. Monitor technicians’ productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Communicate with customers regarding service requirements, repair status, and vehicle delivery. Ensure quality service standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the spare parts team to ensure the availability of required parts for repairs. Maintain accurate workshop records and service documentation. Ensure compliance with company service procedures, safety standards, and workshop policies. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role, preferably in the two-wheeler automotive industry. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
