HR Officer

About the Role Mero Kishan Limited is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to lead and manage the Human Resources function. We are seeking someone who is eager to grow with the company, build HR systems, support employee development, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is hands-on, organized, and capable of handling end-to-end HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen CVs, and coordinate interviews. Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation. Assist in payroll coordination, SSF, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor employee performance and support the performance appraisal process. Address employee concerns and promote a healthy work environment. Organize employee engagement activities, training, and development programs. Ensure compliance with Nepal Labor Act and company policies. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information. Support management in strategic HR planning and organizational development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources. Good knowledge of Nepal Labor Law, SSF, TDS, and HR documentation. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. A proactive mindset with a willingness to grow alongside the company.
